The Catalent Pharmaceuticals Complex is a three-building, 140,000 SF office, R&D, and manufacturing facility in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Since NRC’s purchase of 190 Everett Avenue in 2017, NRC expanded the complex with purchase of the neighboring 180 Everett Avenue and 115 Carter Street to accommodate the pharmaceutical facility’s fast-growing pipeline. The complex is an industrial conversion and located directly across Everett Avenue from the FBI’s New England Headquarters and adjacent to a 700-unit multifamily development. The property is located just 500 feet from the ramp to Route 1 and approximately four miles north of Downtown Boston. The MBTA Silver Line Chelsea bus station is adjacent to the southern property line, and provides service directly to Boston’s South Station and Seaport District.
